AdSense Tips from an AdSense Professional

I’m going to show you some of the tips that I use to generate thousands from my website every single month using just AdSense. Last month AdSense paid me over eleven thousand dollars and I’m going to show you how I did it.

The first thing you need to get right with AdSense is the correct ad format. That means the size of ad, the shape of ad and the colors that you use. Everyone knows that the more you can blend your ad into your websites color scheme, the more clicks you’ll get. You need to make your ads look almost as if they’re not actually ads. You’re not trying to trick people, because with each of the ads Google itself will have the description ‘Ads by Google’ so people will know they are adverts. Your job is to make your ads fit in so well with your website that people don’t fall prey to what is called banner or advertising blindness.

Some formats that work best are the skyscraper formats and also the 728 leaderboards and larger formats. If you use these formats, you should try and make the linking text for the headline to be the same color as other links on your website. Also if you have the text of the actual URL, you’ll notice that at the bottom of every ad is the actual web address. If you make that web address on AdSense the same color as the description text, that also works very well. What that does is make the headline of each ad actually jump out from the page and it encourages people to click on it. That’s another way you can get more people to click on your ads.

The other thing that you can do is to research the highest paying key phrases. You probably have a website full of content already and you’ve placed the AdSense code onto those pages so that you can start getting revenue every time somebody clicks on an ad. Now that’s fine, but what you can start to do is actually create and find content and key phrases that produce the highest paying ads.

Now I know for a fact that from all the clicks that I get there are some that generate a couple of cents per click, but there are also ads on my site that actually produce several dollars every time someone clicks on them. The key to making it big with AdSense is to get your hands on those high-paying keywords. You can find some of these out for free, but as with most things you get what you pay for. Free lists aren’t worth anything and they definitely aren’t worth your time.

Trading Fact: A “Buy Low Sell High” Investment Strategy Will Lose Money Longer Term!

The investment strategy followed by the majority of investors “buy low sell high” will lose money for those investors who follow it. Let’s look at the facts and you will see why it fails over the longer term and discover a better way to trade.

Buying low you can’t do it! Why? Quite simply, it involves predicting the market and not reacting to price strength. In hindsight charts prove it simply does not work. Traders like to buy low on a dip to support, but how often does support fail? The answer is most of the time.

Most traders are so keen to buy low they keep buying into support and then get stopped out. They then lose their equity after a number of trades, as the odds simply are not in their favor when they try this and loses eventually see them wipe out their account equity.

Buy low sell high, is only a good strategy if you have hindsight and can see what happened on the charts and you don’t have the benefit of this when you enter the trade.

We have all heard of the predictive theories of Gann and Elliot, but if they worked and we all knew where prices were going in advance, there would be no market.

The price would simply be known to all traders and their would be no market. Leave the above theories to the far out investment crowd and the dreamers and base your strategy on the reality of how and why markets really move.

Back to basics

So what should a trader do?

The answer is revealed in the well known phrase “a trend in motion is more likely to continue than reverse”.

When do the odds most favour this?

The answer is when prices break to new highs and a trend in motion accelerates at a rapid rate from a new price high. Look at any currency chart and you will see the biggest price moves normally take place from important market highs with NO pullback.

FACT: A “buy low sell high” strategy will see traders miss the majority of major moves.

Traders who wait to buy low never get in to the trade and miss the trend, as the price accelerates away from them and never looks back. These traders therefore never get a chance to enter the trade.

The secret to buying a market and catching the big profitable moves is “buy high and sell higher”, accept the wisdom of this phrase and you will be in on all the major trends.

It’s hard to buy a trend in motion.

The reality is the odds favour that a trend in motion will continue and when a market has broken out to new highs, the odds of a continuation of the trend are at there highest.

Know one likes to miss the start of the move but if we trade this way we can get in on all the major moves.

Which method is best?

Use important breaks of resistance, time entry with momentum indicators such as the stochastic indicator, and be selective with your trades to catch the big moves.

Or:

Try a strategy that involves “buying low and selling high”, get stopped out frequently and watch all the major moves take off from new market highs.

Easy choice really!

Supervisor Training and the 3 “I’s”

A supervisor of any type carries on the responsibility of “supervising” his/her workers and making sure work is getting done. It is a challenging role, yet rewarding, when a supervisor and the team has meet their goal. What makes a good supervisor? . Or better yet, what makes an over-the-top supervisor? In this article, you’ll get some brief supervisor training tips recognized as the three I’s.

Initiate change-When work productivity is not meeting expectations, supervisors carry on the responsibility to initiate change. For example, envision an assembly line of several workers lined up in a row, each with a certain task that will contribute to the final product. What would happen if the first person in the line did not make his/her quota or starts falling behind in with production? As a result, the second person might not be able to contribute because his/her role is based upon the first person’s duties and so on. This chain reaction of work productivity will only get worse unless a supervisor steps up to make a change. There are several possibilities to what this supervisor could do. Probation may be an easy answer for some, but with effective supervisor training, a good leader will discover a way to make things work without having to compromise any work standards. Reorganizing the line of workers, cross-training, and confronting the individual about his/her drop in performance could provide insight, answers, and solutions that a supervisor can execute upon. Initiating change isn’t just about putting someone on probationary status or switching roles and hiring someone else that will do the job. A good supervisor will strategically handle problems and find new solutions that will make the work environment continuously more productive and operate more smoothly.

Introduce new ideas-A resourceful supervisor who entices employees with new ideas in the workplace will serve as a successful problem solver and motivating role model. For example, a supervisor could observe work conditions as monotonous, unmotivated and sense that workers are getting burned out from daily work. He or she could ask themselves, ‘What can I do myself to motivate my workers?’ or ‘How can we fix this problem at work?’ Brainstorming and executing new ideas at work will help broaden the possibilities of the ideal work setting, or what works best in each situation. Supervisors providing new ideas will help keep workers active and rejuvenated and thus keep them from reaching job dissatisfaction and complacency.

Influence others-A charismatic and hard working supervisor will earn the respect of his/her employees. Not too many individuals want to work for a supervisor who doesn’t practice what he/she preachesor carries a negative aura everywhere? An influential supervisor will get involved and take a moment to help their employees out with a difficult project or task. A supervisor who influences others but also motivates workers to influence each other will foster a continuous circle of positive emotions. Workers are more inclined to work harder when they see that their supervisor is equally working his/her part.

Using these three “I’s of supervisor training tips will provide you with a foundation to organize and run your group of workers more effectively, whether you are currently a supervisor, or will be transitioning to one in the future.

Basic Embossing with Rubber Stamps

This is a simple technique using Rubber Stamps and Thermal
Embossing that will add dimension to your cards and artwork.
Nothing looks as elegant as a stamped image that has been
embossed in gold and has rich color added to enhance your
artwork.

You can use rubber stamps and thermal embossing on many
different surfaces such as paper, glass, wood, leather, tile and
ceramic objects. It’s fun to experiment and create your own
unique and individual sense of style. Don’t be timid and have
fun.

The following steps will teach the beginner where to start
Embossing with rubber stamps takes practice and the more you do
it, the better your results. Remember your art is unique to your
personal style. It reflects your personal experience. It conveys
your emotions. So use your imagination! Use color!!

The colors you choose to use with your rubber stamps can convey
your personal style and make a statement. Reds reflect warmth
and blue can reveal cool and soothing moods. Greens and violet
contain both warm and cool elements.

MATERIALS: Rubber Stamps Embossing Ink Stamp Pad Embossing Heat
Gun Embossing Powder or Tinsel Something to stamp on

Choose a paper or craft object to Emboss. Don’t limit yourself
to just plain paper. Rubber stamping and embossing works well on
fabric, glass, mirrors, tiles and terra cotta pots. Experiment
with a variety of papers and transparencies, shrink plastic,
laminated sheets, wood and metal.

Ink and stamp your image on your paper or craft object using a
slow drying Pigment Ink Pad.

Tap your rubber stamp firmly several times on the Embossing Ink
Pad in order to completely ink the stamp. Make sure the rubber
is completely covered with ink. Always stamp a new rubber stamp
onto a piece of scrap paper for the first time to make sure all
areas of the image are well inked. Place your rubber stamp
firmly on the paper, being careful not to rock the stamp.
Rocking will result in blurred lines. Large rubber stamps
require more care in pressing down on all corners of the stamp.
Each rubber stamp is different and you will learn how to best
stamp each one. Some need more pressure in order to get the
perfect image.

The difference between pigmented inks and dye inks is evident in
that the Pigment inks stay “wet” longer. Pigment inks do not
work well on glossy card stock unless you are EMBOSSING the
image. There are many choices of slow drying pigment inks with
slight tints to dark shades or no color at all.

After rubber stamping your image with pigment ink, sprinkle
embossing powder over the image. Turn the artwork and gently tap
off excess embossing powder. Use a dry paintbrush to remove any
stray flecks from surrounding areas. Do this before you heat the
image. If the powder is not sticking to the image in even heavy
coats check to be sure you rubber stamp is well inked.

Keeping your embossing powder in stackable plastic containers
will allow you to catch the excess powder. Alternatively
collecting excess unused embossing powder is easy if you use a
file folder or a sheet of glossy paper torn from a magazine
under your card stock, then transfer the powder back into the
jar. Pick up the paper by its edges and use the centerfold as a
funnel to direct the powder back into the jar.

Embossing powders also come in a wide variety of choices, from
Ultra Fine to Tinsel. Both the pigment ink and embossing powder
are available in many color choices as well as metallic,
pearlescent and other unusual compositions.

The final step is to direct hot air from your heat tool over the
powder. This will melt the powder and create the Thermal
embossed effect.

EMBOSSING POWDER comes in many different compositions. Metallic
Powders such as Gold, Silver, Bronze or Pewter can be used with
the embossing inks, either tinted or clear. Using slightly
tinted or clear ink with Metallic powders will produce a true
metallic effect. Although the Metallic Powders can be used with
colored inks to achieve truly remarkable effects such as tinted
copper and aged pewter.

Embossing powders comes in many Opaque colors as well as soft
subtle Pearlized Powders and Clear and also Glitter Powders.

You can experiment by mixing your colors and your effects.
Pearlescence are soft and gentle colors that are excellent for
pastel effects and baby or wedding themes. Clear Powder gives
you image a raised glossy effect and looks stunning on dark
papers and objects.

Tinsels or Glitter Embossing Powders can be Clear or Opaque.
Gold Embossing Powder with fleck of ultra fine gold glitter in
it create a very beautiful and dramatic effect.

Try mixing you powders colors and adding some glitter or
confetti in moderation for you own unique recipes!

A heat gun is the easiest method to melt your powders and create
the even glossy embossed effect. But if you do not have one
alternative sources of hear can be utilized Do not try a hair
dryer this does not get hot enough and will blow the powder off
the card. You can try using your oven by placing the card face
up on a baking sheet and putting it into a preheated 325 degree
oven. Be careful you do not over heat or your card stock will be
scorched. A hot iron will also hear the back side of the card
and melt the powder.

A hot toaster can be used by moving your card stock back and
forth over the top of the toaster until the image is melted. A
good heat gun is a worthwhile investment.

TIPS AND TROUBLE SHOOTING A good tip to help with the static on
your card stock is to wipe the card with a fabric sheet before
stamping on it, this helps reduce unwanted flakes from sticking.

A time saving tip when embossing replications of the same rubber
stamp image is to stamp and cover several images with embossing
powder at one time. This allows you to use your embossing gun on
several pieces at once without stopping and starting constantly.
The ink is slow drying and several cards at a time can be safely
done by using this method.

Using plastic kitchen containers with lids for storage of you
powders works well and also makes it convenient to set up and
put away your craft. A spoon with a pointed tip is useful in
sprinkling the powder onto the card stock.

Good lighting is essential to your rubber stamping success. If
your embossing is dull and not raised then you may be
overheating it. If the image is lumpy and granular you many not
have heated it enough . If the image is incomplete you may need
to press the rubber stamp more firmly on the pad and re-ink if
necessary, also check to be sure you are pressing all corners of
the stamp onto the paper.

If you have completed your image and a line is missing you can
purchase an embossing pen to draw the incomplete line. Also you
can use a sponge or tissue to dab the embossing ink onto the
cardstock to be used as background color or effects. Have fun,
be creative, don’t be afraid to use color and enjoy you rubber
stamping hobby all year long.

Healthy Grief, Unhealthy Grief

We all know that it is in one’s highest good to grieve the loss of a relationship. Healthy grief releases feelings rather than allowing them to get stuck in the body. Healthy grief allows the griever to heal the loss and move on with life.

Yet grief is not always healing. Many of us have known people who were stuck in their grief, seemingly locked into the past and unable to move forward in their lives.

What is the difference between those who feel their grief and move on and those who get stuck in it? The difference lies in what they believe they have lost. When people believe they have lost their source of love, their grief will feel unending.

Gary had been in a three-year relationship with Samantha when Samantha decided to end the relationship. Gary was devastated. In this relationship, like in his past relationships, Gary was a taker - always trying to get love but unable to give love or share love. Samantha gave him a lot of love, but she often felt very lonely with him. Gary was devastated when she left because his source of love was gone. He was not grieving the loss of Samantha as a person he loved. He was grieving the loss of her love for him. He was grieving as a lost wounded child rather than as a loving adult.

As a result, Gary became stuck in his grief. He was stuck in feeling like a victim - stuck in “poor me.” Gary had never done the inner work to develop an adult part of himself that could bring love to himself and share it with others. He felt lost, abandoned, and hurt. No matter how much he cried, no healing occurred. Because he was abandoning himself, he just continued to feel alone and despairing. Sometimes he was angry at Samantha for abandoning him and other times he was angry at himself for not being a better partner. He had many regrets that plagued him, and a constant inner refrain was, “If only I had……” “If only I had listened to her more, maybe she wouldn’t have left.” If only I had told her how beautiful she is, maybe she wouldn’t have left.”

Frank, on the other hand, was in deep grief over the death of his beloved wife, Beth. He had loved Beth with his whole heart and he missed her terribly. Yet Frank’s grief was totally different than Gary’s grief. Frank missed Beth’s laugh. He missed her joy, her caring for people, her sense of wonder. He missed her as a person, and he missed being able to share his love with her. Frank had no regrets because he had not been a taker. He had loved Beth totally and was deeply grateful for the time he had with her. But Frank was actually fine. His grief came in waves, and he cried when it came. Then it washed through and he was fine again.

Frank was fine because Beth had not been the source of his sense of self. Frank had a strong loving inner adult who was connected with a spiritual source of love and wisdom. This was his Source, not Beth. Frank was a person who took full responsibility for his own pain and joy. He had never made Beth responsible for his feelings or his wellbeing.
Because he had never abandoned himself, he could miss Beth and grieve for her without feeling abandoned, lost, victimized and alone.

Gary, on the other hand, was not fine, no matter how much sadness he released, because Samantha had been his Source of love, his Higher Power. He had handed to her the job of defining his sense of self, so when she left, all he could feel was abandoned. Gary had handed his Inner Child - his feeling self - to Samantha. He had made Samantha responsible for his feelings, so when she left, he felt like an abandoned child. His Source of love had gone away.

Because Frank knew how to love himself, he knew how to love others. Within a couple of years, Frank was in another loving relationship.

Gary found another relationship within six months of losing Samantha, and six months after that was again alone. Until Gary decides to learn to take responsibility for his own feelings and needs, he will likely continue to lose relationship after relationship, and continue to be stuck in feeling like a victim of the women in his life.

Buying a Home after Bankruptcy - How to Buy a Home with a Low Credit Score

Following a bankruptcy, your credit score plummets. This makes it difficult to obtain credit on a home mortgage, vehicle loan, credit card, etc. If you are hoping to purchase a home after a bankruptcy, traditional lenders and mortgage companies will not propose the best terms. Moreover, these lenders may refuse to do business with you.

When searching for a mortgage lender, many people contact traditional lenders. However, these lenders primarily concentrate on conventional loans. To obtain a conventional loan you must have a credit score of at least 640. This score fluctuates according to lender. In some cases, lenders require a score of 660. Moreover, you must have a down payment. Standard down payments range from 3% to 20%.

Working with Sub Prime Mortgage Loan Lenders

If you do not fall into this category, you must obtain a mortgage loan from another source. Sub prime and high risks lenders offer loans to people with low credit scores. Low credit scores may be caused by bankruptcies, repossessions, bad credit, etc. Additionally, having excessive debt may also lower your credit score, making you a great candidate for a sub prime mortgage loan.

If purchasing a home after bankruptcy, it is suggested that you delay the process for at least 24 months. This allows time for you to boost your credit rating. This is not a requirement. You may buy a home as soon as your bankruptcy is discharged. Waiting is great for raising your credit score. While you may not qualify for a conventional loan, a credit score increase from 530 to 620 will improve your chances of receiving a reasonable mortgage rate from a sub prime lender.

Obtaining a Mortgage Loan from a Sub Prime Lender

Applying for a mortgage loan online is perfect for locating suitable and reputable sub prime lenders. You have the option of calling individual lenders, or requesting quotes from a mortgage broker. Working with a broker is recommended. Do not accept the first quote you receive. For the best rate, you have to research and obtain multiple quotes. Mortgage brokers will email you quotes from a choice of lenders. After you review the rate, services, and terms from at least three lenders, accept a sub prime loan with the best package.

Olive Oil: The Next Chianti?

We know that drowning our veggies and lean meats in dressings and other condiments loaded with trans fats does not make for a healthy meal or for a healthy heart. However, drizzling a little extra virgin olive oil on your meat of choice or mixing it with some balsamic vinegar for your salad can work wonders for your taste buds and for your heart health.

Health Benefits of Olive Oil
Olive oil is known for its heart healthy effects. In fact, olive oil has the largest amount of monounsaturated fatty acids out of any other oil on earth.

While the oleates in the oil promote healthy bones, the vitamins E, K, squalene and polyphenols in the oil all work to promote healthy blood circulation and overall health. The pro-active antioxidants in the oil work all around the body to dismantle free radicals.

Finding the Right Oil

When you go to shop for olive oil, you’ll most likely be greeted with a hailstorm of seductive-sounding labels: “virgin,” “extra virgin,” “imported from Italy,” and “refined.” What’s the best oil for your buck?

Made by extracting and crushing olives, oil is classified by how it’s been produced, by its flavor and by its chemistry. The less the oil is handled and the closer it is to its natural state, the better the oil. For example, the highest quality oil is extra virgin, which has managed to maintain its high acidity and antioxidant level. The lowest quality of olive oil is refined, where the oil has been chemically treated from its virgin state to neutralize strong acidic tastes … destroying its nutritional beauty in the process. In fact, half of the oil from the Mediterranean is of such poor quality that it must be refined in order to be edible.

The Extra Virgin Hokum

Because extra virgin is the highest quality oil, many American manufacturers, unbridled by labeling laws, label their oil “extra virgin” regardless of quality. True Extra Virgin olive oil is difficult to make, requiring a very expensive process, so best believe the four dollar bottle of “extra virgin” oil is “baloney.” The sad reality is many manufacturers add a small percentage of extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of a batch of canola oil, slap some olives on the label and call it “extra virgin.”

Internationally, however, standards are much stricter and require that all olive oils carrying the “Extra Virgin” label are subject to a chemical and sensory analysis. Much like wine tasters, there are olive oil connoisseurs with taste buds trained to spot defects in oil such as muddy, winey, musty or even rancid aftertastes. Positive tasting oils are described as tasting fruity, bitter or even pungent.

Famous Psychics - Elizabeth Baron

In this article we’re going to visit with a psychic who is still alive and predicting today. Her name is Elizabeth Baron.

Elizabeth Baron was born in Tennessee. She was an orphan as her father shot himself right in front of her when she was just 5 years old. During that same period she successfully won her fight with cancer, a tumor under her tongue, by laying her hands on local ministers in her neighborhood. At least that’s how legend has it. Supposedly, it was during this time that she got her gift of being able to look into the future.

Her mother died when she was a very young child and after than Baron was bounced around between 15 different foster homes as she was growing up. She has said many times that all the pain she suffered during those years was God’s gift to her in that it made her have compassion and empathy for others and prepared her to become the medium that she has become today. It is said that she can lay down on a couch, go into a deep sleep and give messages to up to 150 people at one time in her sleep.

After she graduated Crandall Business College with honors, her first job was working for the director of military personnel at the 14th air force. After that she worked for the Deputy Base Commander at Robbins Air Force Base as a secretary. While she was there she worked with prisoners of war from Germany. She also did schematics for the Jupiter space program that sent the first missile into orbit.

She moved to Chicago, Illinois at a very young age and took a job where she eventually became Assistant Advertising Manager for a private brand hosiery manufacturer. While she was there she met with executives from many magazines such as Vogue and Town and Country to try to get advertising for her company’s products. Eventually, with her husband who was a war hero, she opened up her own search firm and became President and CEO of two firms for 14 years where she oversaw 35 employees, most of which had masters degrees.

However, it wasn’t until a bitter divorce and being beaten half to death in a gang rape that her life really changed. While she was hospitalized after the attack, a spirit in white, who she believed to be God, came to her and said, “Come upon the mountain with me. It is time to do your mission. Remember, you gave your life to me when you were 13 years old.” It turns out that when she was 13 years old she gave her life to God, asking him if she could be one of his missionaries for life. At first she told the spirit that she wasn’t worthy but the spirit told her to let him decide if she was worthy or not.

The rest, as they say, is history. From that point she began teaching and counseling people all over the world. Today she works with people from TV executives to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies and is one of the most respected psychics in the world.

Tips In Choosing The Best Dog Breeders

Dog breeders could be found anywhere. However, buying the best-looking puppy in the pet store does not necessarily guarantee that you bought a pet with a top breed.

What are the different types of breeders? Which of them provide the best dog breeds?

1) Look for reputable breeders. Well known breeders know specific details about their specialized breed. They examine genetic diseases that are known to have physical and emotional impact on that breed, perform veterinary maintenance and sustain breeding records.

A breeder of good reputation will provide you with both the good and bad points about the breed you prefer. They offer useful advice and assistance to new dog owners.

You could spot a reputable breeder when they grant quality for the dogs they personally own. They would let you experience the kind of care they give the dogs and allow you to see where the dogs live.

Most outstanding breeders are not out to make money. They provide a written health guarantee with all the dogs they sell.

Majority of the reputable dog breeders belong to local or national breed organizations and clubs.

2) Avoid backyard breeders, puppy mills and pet shops.

* Backyard Breeders. These people have limited education about the breed standards. Commonly, backyard breeders do not maintain a regular check-up on the dog’s diseases and genetic makeup. Usually, these people breed to make money and allows the dogs to leave without screening the present home of the dog.

* Puppy Mills. This is a term commonly used to describe a business that produces large quantities of dogs. Majority of the puppies born and trained in puppy mills do not usually follow a regular veterinary care and appropriate feeding they need. Puppy mills do not sell directly to the public. They only allow sale to pet shops, brokers and dog auctions.

There is no generic breed testing executed in puppy mills. The dogs born here have not been adequately socialized and trained. Most of the puppies are sold in large numbers at the age of 3 to 4 weeks that could later give the dogs emotional and health problems.

* Pet shops. Many pet shops grant guarantees. However, these guarantees last for only a year while majority of genetic diseases found in dogs materialize when the animal is over a year old. Most pet shops buy their dogs from puppy mills at a very young age for a cheap price. Young puppies that are not suitably socialized could cause behavior problems and poor health.

Finding the best dog breeder means your pet could last a longer life. Find a reputable breeder now and spare yourself from possible heartache.
